Title: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Central Europe (SWISSCOM Account) – OSS/ NMS / CEM / SECURITY
Location: Switzerland, Germany, France or Italy
Our Client is a global provider of Software & Solutions for international Telco’s. They are very focussed in the Carrier Networking & Security field.
- Billion-dollar US company
- Mature product portfolio both for physical and cloud based virtual solutions.

We are looking to hire someone in Central Europe (that is multi-lingual) to look after one of their key Service Provider Customer: Swisscom. This individual will be responsible for both revenue generation and long-term strategic relations with this carrier/ service provider across our clients entire portfolio of .
We are looking for:
- Career Sale Person
- Track record of Account Management and long-term relationship development
- Track record of Sales into Swisscom / Swisscom HQ org
- Coming from a background selling: Networking, Security OR Cloud based Solutions into Telco Carriers (nationally / Internationally)
The role requires:
- Business Value Selling
- Excellent communication skills (English & German minimum)
- Strong track record of key account management (preferential international expertise)
- Track record of success!
- Analytical mind-set to quickly acquire new technologies and concepts.
- Preferably experience in selling wireless monitoring and troubleshooting systems (though not mandatory if the candidate has a very solid track record of managing and selling to Swisscom.
- Preferably fundamental knowledge on operator O&M infrastructure, supporting systems and processes
This is a requirement for a Senior level Individual Contributor.
Management skills are a necessity, but this person would not be managing a direct headcount. The ability to work within a matrix environment and with multiple stake-holders in different Geo’s is absolutely key.
