Their solutions are built around AI-based active protection technology, blockchain-based data authentication and unique hybrid-cloud architecture. This allows them to protect all data in any environment.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to be a single point of contact for our client’s partners and end customers, driving and advocating initiatives that deliver higher stability as well as better partner/customer satisfaction, all while driving MMR goals. This role requires a crossover of delivery, project management and presales. The right person will be able to engage with customers, but also be hands on technically in delivering projects.

What this role is really about:

  • Combination: Delivery, Project Management & Presales.
  • Someone that comes from a delivery / support / Implementation background that can also engage with Enterprise Customers in a Project / Client Management capacity.


  • Work with Datacenter Operations, R&D, Support, and other departments to clear technical roadblocks customer faces at implementation and post implementation stages;
  • Develop responses to RFIs and RFPs, technical & commercial proposals to prospective customers’ requirements;
  • Develop PSA and SOW in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams; Develop project plan in scope of implementation, consulting and integration projects with end customers, manage project work
  • Review customer’s implementation and integration plans and make recommendations in line with best practices
  • Present new product functionality, engage customer in evaluation of new product releases

Job Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in project management, enterprise solutions design/delivery and engaging with customers (ideally in project management and/or presales activities).
  • Ideal candidate must have experience working in geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
  • 10+ years commercial experience coming from hands on technical implementation / support/ delivery background with experience of Project Management & Customer Engagement.
  • Domain experience across: SaaS, IaaS, storages, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, Rest API, IP network design/administration, DC/infrastructure design/operations, DBs administration, Python scripting, dashboards/reports, server administration
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills; Ability to interact and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time, including internationally
  • Fluent written and spoken English / Fluent written and spoken German
