Title: Sales Director EMEA: Mobile / Analytics / QOS / CEM
Location: UK OR Germany OR BELGIUM (Remote)
Our Client is a global Analytics solutions provider for the Mobile Telecommunications Industry (Globally). They measure real world performance of carrier networks.
They are a high growth company working with Mobile & Analytics technologies providing carriers with real world insight on network performance.
We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Profile, very much an individual contributor, to help our client to expand its EMEA Business. This will be a role with a mix of key account management (tier 1 service provider customers) as well as new business development activities.
Role Objectives:
- Drive business relationships, revenue growth and new product sales with target customers (primarily mobile network operators).
- Execute an effective account management strategy to maintain and grow the business with existing customers.
- Execute an effective sales strategy to win new high-profile clients in the defined territory including both direct and indirect sales models.
- Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to ensure maximum leverage and return from HQ driven promotional initiatives.
- Lead negotiation of business contracts.
Desired Experience:
- Experience as a quota contributor in sales with an exceptional track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Experience of working remotely in a self-sufficient manner within a highly dynamic ‘start-up’ environment.
- Significant experience of selling innovative solutions with a consultative approach to mobile operators through direct and indirect sales models.
- Must have the ability to successfully operate on a short-term tactical basis as well as a longer-term strategic basis.
- A good understanding of Cellular technologies, Customer Experience sectors, Network quality/performance metrics, operational structures and processes.
