Our Client is a North American Software Company that specialises in solving data integration and management problems in real time DataOp’s environments.

We are looking to help build out there European Inside Sales function, from the UK, and are looking to recruit a Senior ISR to work with their Head of European Sales. This Individual will primarily be working with Businesses in Italy and as such will require someone that is Bi-lingual in both English and Italian.

This role is all about acquiring new accounts and expanding our client’s reach across Enterprise Verticals. (Verticals that they have had considerable success within, but are not limited to, are Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Telecommunications)

This individual will promote our clients product offerings, build a pipeline of prospects, and close USD 500-800k in new business yearly.

For now, this role, will report to our Head of Sales for EMEA & APAC

The responsibilities:

  • Develop sales though inbound leads and applying a multi-channel, multi-touch outbound prospecting approach
  • Convert leads to customers!
  • Demonstrate the value (quotes, proposals, BVAs)
  • Engage with customers through calls and web conferences to guide the sales process
  • Work with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Products and Field teams to identify and target new, high-value opportunities within the territory
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify gaps and opportunities for upsell and cross sell and risk for churn

The experience:

  • 2-5+ years of closing, business development, or account management experience in our domain (open source technology, big data, data integration)
  • Carried similar quota and deal sizes in the past
