Title: Senior Inside Sales – NORAM (Big Data / Analytics / Presto)

Location: North America Remote (Completely open to West, East and Central locations).

Our Client is highly exciting, series A, OpenSource Software start-up which has globally renowned investors. 

It is a ground-breaking cloud-native, revenue generating, proposition bringing the power of Presto, to simplifying open data analytics, with an exceptional management team.

We are @ the sales scale-up point and are looking to hire experienced Inside Sales Reps to drive new account acquisition in the mid-market space, promoting the product offering, prospecting, building pipeline and closing net-new business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Foster sales by nurturing inbound leads and applying a multi-channel, multi-touch outbound prospecting strategy
  • Convert leads to customers by demonstrating the value of our client technology for their business (quotes, proposals, etc.)
  • Engage with customers through calls and web conferences to guide the sales process
  • Work with our Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Products and Field teams to identify and target new, high-value opportunities within territory
  • Partner with Customer Success team to analyze customer health, identify gaps and opportunities for upsell and cross sell and risk for churn
  • Manage quarterly pipeline and complete forecasting reports with your manager

The experience required:

  • 2-5 years of closing, business development, or account management experience in our domain (open source technology, big data, data integration, data analytics)
  • Carried quota's in the past (500k-1000k)
