Title: Senior Presales – North America (SS7, Mobile Security)

Location: USA OR Vancouver Canada (remote)

Our Client is a global provider of Security & Threat Intelligence Solutions for Mobile Service Providers (MSP/CSP).

We are looking to hire a Senior Presales Lead / Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager to support key account sales activities with tier 1 Mobile service providers (AT&T, Verizon, TMO etc.) in North America. This is a Techno-commercial role and will be customer engaged on things like Architecture, technical road-mapping, proposals and understanding business issues working directly with our clients technical and commercial teams.

Key knowledge and experience requirements:

  • 5yrs + pre-sales experience supporting the sale of technology solutions into telecommunications providers
  • Demonstrable knowledge of telecom network architectures and infrastructure components:
  • Experience and Knowledge of SS7 networks, current developments in NFV and cloud-based architectures
  • Track record working within IP networking for Telecoms
  • Security knowledge within IP, messaging or interconnect traffic

Personality wise:

  • Customer-facing individual and skilled in presenting verbally and in written formats
  • Ability to work remotely within virtualized team environments (both within and outside North America)
  • Credible working and engaging with key client stakeholders up to and including C-level in

This is a business with an impressive client base within major tier-1 MSP’s across the globe but its still a very hands-on, small-team environment. This role will be visible across the organisation internally and will have a real opportunity to have an impact on the growth of a smaller international software company.
