Title: Solution Consultant (Presales/Technical Account Management): EMEA (Wireless 2g, 3g, 4g, LTE)

Location: UK / Europe remote

Our Client is a Global Provider of Next Generation Mobile Network Experience Analytics and Insights. We are looking to hire an individual to perform a hybrid role of Solutions Consultant (presales) and Technical Account Management (Post / Customer Success) working with major international Mobile Network Operator Clients.

Effectively this person will partner with our client’s sales team in reaching revenue goals through providing quality pre-sales technical support and presentations focused on articulating value to the customer acting as product solutions expert, insuring technical excellence in support of the sales process and on-going customer success.

In short – technically astute person able to engage in presales but also a commercially savvy individual that is able to engage with a customer from a customer success perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-sale and post-sale activity (techno/Commercial)
  • Identify compelling events or specific business problems and offer attractive solutions to the client
  • Account responsibility for all lead technical activities. This includes building relationships across customer's business silos to document their infrastructure, understand their challenges, and seek out potential projects
  • Travel required to customer office locations within the Region (EMEA & India) as required.

Technical Needs:

  • Understanding of mobile / radio access network structures and interfaces.
  • Understanding of planning, optimization and troubleshooting for 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks.
  • Customer centric approach to metrics, performance engineering, planning, optimization and quality.
  • Large scale carrier grade / enterprise software solutions.
  • Understanding of Big Data, Customer Experience Management and Business Intelligence concepts.
  • Knowledge and understanding of key vendors in 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A self-motivated, can-do and proactive attitude with the ability to work strongly in a team or independently.
  • Strong and confident influencer with composure and persistence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, passionately and confidently to both senior executives and engineering.
  • Understanding of ‘the bigger picture’ around mobile operator and customer centric strategy.
