Enterprise Account Executive – Public Sector & Defence (Germany)
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help expand our client’s business in the German Public Sector and Defence market, with a particular focus on BWI GmbH, the IT service provider for the German Armed Forces. You’ll support government and defence organisations in adopting secure, data-driven technologies that improve efficiency, cyber resilience, and digital sovereignty.
Your Mission
- Build and maintain relationships with federal and defence customers, especially BWI GmbH and key partners.
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process – from pipeline development to contract completion – using a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Position modern security, observability, and analytics solutions that support national sovereignty and resilience goals.
- Work closely with technical and consulting teams to shape and deliver customer projects and proof-of-value engagements.
- Drive customer adoption and long-term success by ensuring measurable business impact.
Your Profile
- Proven success in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or data platform sales, ideally within the public sector or defence environment.
- Experience working with BWI, the Bundeswehr, or comparable government organisations.
- Strong skills in consultative, services-led selling and managing complex public procurement processes.
- Eligibility for German security clearance (SÜG – Ü1/Ü2) preferred.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Adaptable, pragmatic, and confident working in a dynamic, growth-oriented technology environment.
