Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing, EMEA
This is a hybrid role where tech expertise meets customer engagement. You’ll be part solution expert, part trusted advisor — helping customers understand, adopt, and maximize our wireless testing and optimization tools.
What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Help customers and partners understand what sets our tools apart.
- Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Translate customer needs into clear technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support presales and deployment.
Account Growth & Relationship Building
- Helping to meet / exceed regional sales targets.
- Grow existing accounts and open new ones.
- Build account plans and execute sales strategies.
- Engage senior stakeholders to position our value proposition.
- Contribute to competitive insights, product feedback, and roadmap ideas.
- Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and customer briefings.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Degree in Engineering, Telecoms, or similar.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel ~40% across EMEA (some global trips possible).
Nice-to-Haves
- German language skills.
- Background in wireless/network testing (LTE, 5G, drive test tools, etc.).
- Experience with consultative or solution selling.
- Understanding of mobile and data communications technologies.
